Different Forms of Self Resistance Training

There are a few different forms of Self Resistance Training.

Dynamic Tension: Popularized by Charles Atlas which pits muscle against muscle.
Isometrics: Involving the static contraction of a muscle without any visible movement in the angle of the joint.
Bodyweight: Using one's own body weight to create the necessary resistance for exercises.
